Karen Verbrugge had an outstanding meet Saturday against Northern Michigan. Karen broke both the pool records and school records in 1 and 3 meter diving. Her total of 284.05 on the 3-meter board broke the previous pool and varsity mark of 283.42 held by Rachel Terpstra. Verbrugge then tallied a six-dive total of 278.05 on the 1-meter board, bettering the pool record held by Erin Maloney of Albion and the varsity record of 275.78 by Verbrugge.
