Florida Training

We had a great Florida training trip. The weather was nice and the workouts were fantastic! We were at the Florida International pool most of the time but made a side trip to the great facility at Nova Southeastern one day. Swimmers and divers also managed some fun out of the trip at Fort Lauderdale, South Beach, Deep Sea fishing and a few even went to a Miami Heat game. Plus there was always the beach right out the back door of the hotel, the hot tub and the hotel pool. It was a great trip but it is great to be home.
